Thank you for visiting our site. A dedicated team of computer, technical, and service
experts work hard to insure that you receive the most useful and timely information
from RICCAChemical.com to support your work in the lab, in the field, and on the
production floor.
Thanks to you, I have been able to watch and then participate in the phenomenal
growth of the company started by my father in 1975. The Commodore 64 that I played
games on became our first computer (for printing labels) only to be replaced with
hundreds of laptops, servers, storage devices, T1, and seemingly miles of Cat5 and
fiber-optic cables. Our original "catalog" consisted of a list of custom capabilities
and pH Buffers typed on the kitchen table of my childhood home. Now, we have our
web catalog that contains approximately 10,000 unique SKU supporting dozens of industries
in addition to our many printed catalogs and mini-catalogs.
While our product line has expanded dramatically along with our manufacturing capabilities
- we have manufacturing facilities in three states - our commitment to service and
quality has remained constant. We view ourselves as much a service provider as a
strict manufacturer. Friendly, helpful customer service agents and knowledgeable,
action-oriented technical support representatives will insure that the result of
every phone call or email is your happiness.
