complex like samples from the same batch sent to a dozen facilities worldwide
for lab validation, we can help.
In addition to providing you with a quality product, we can assist you in procedure
development, stability studies, and other tasks necessary to maintain you
quality system.

Custom–Made Reagent Solutions and Formulations
In addition to the items listed in our catalog we can supply many items not listed, including
custom–made solutions. Please contact us for a quote on your special
requirements.
The water used in the manufacture of custom formulated solutions is validated to
meet ACS Reagent Grade, ASTM Type I, ASTM Type II, HPLC Grade (ACS Reagent
Grade, Suitable for Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry and Liquid Chromatography)
and USP/EP Purified Water specifications. Non-aqueous solutions, such as
Alcohol or Acetic Acid, are also available. Custom solutions are manufactured
using ACS Reagent Grade raw materials (where available) or other grades of raw
materials based on your specifications.
Ricca Chemical Company trained Quality Control Chemists can meet your special test
requirements. Our Technical
Support staff averages over 15 years experience in the production, testing and
distribution of Chemical solutions.
Batch Sizes
Batch sizes from 1 ounce to almost 2000 gallons are available.
Some product compatibility issues may limit the maximum batch size, but
practically no job is too small or too big.
We have the ability to scale
up from pilot plant to production quantities.
We can help develop procedures and processes to insure that we will be
able to provide continuous supply no matter how successful you are.
Custom Packaging
Package sizes range from 20 ml pouches to 330-gallon re-usable totes. We have media bags from
5 liters to 200 liters. We offer hundreds of bottle, cap and seal packaging
options - including drums, recyclable containers, and media bags.

We manufacture kit assemblies for a wide range of industries. The convenience of
having all of your test reagents for one test method available in a kit is

Custom Labeling
We provide private labeled (OEM) solutions for a wide range of industries manufactured to your
specifications. Our standard
labels are colorful, easy to read, and have all of the required regulatory and
safety information from HMIS codes to PPE recommendations.
We can reference your internal producers and documents on the label to
help with your quality management programs.
Multilingual labeling and bar coding are available upon request. For bar code requests, please
specify your format.
CofAs (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDSs (Material Safety Data Sheets) are available.
